I love TOMS but I do have a problem with returns for an exchange because I received t wrong size. I have two pairs of navy Alpargatas’. One marked 8. 5 but fits like a 10 and one size 5 when I ordered an 8. 5 with no way to exchange. You really need to include a return label in the package or a way to contact customer service

shoes are okay, but not particularly soft or cushiony. The heels are padded but they still cut into my skin with no socks on. They run small and the exchange process is not straightforward. I had to reorder a half size up, and it took a long time to get a replacement. Overall, I guess they're fine, but probably overpriced. I do like the olive green color
