Data Processing Addendum

1. Definitions

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the agreement between you ("Customer") and GXO Feeds ("Processor") for the provision of services.

2. Scope and Applicability

This DPA applies to the processing of personal data by Processor on behalf of Customer in connection with the services.

3. Data Processing

Processor shall:

  • •Process personal data only on documented instructions from Customer
  • •Ensure confidentiality of personal data
  • •Implement appropriate technical and organizational measures
  • •Assist Customer in responding to data subject requests

4. Sub-processors

Processor may engage sub-processors to process personal data. Current sub-processors include cloud infrastructure providers.

5. Data Security

Processor implements industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.

6. Data Breach Notification

Processor will notify Customer without undue delay upon becoming aware of a personal data breach.
