I am a size 39 and it fits perfect. The point is slightly narrow so I needed a day to walk around for it to loosen up. I am glad i dod not size up since the length is perfect and otherwise it would have been too long. It is also perfect for days when the weather is a bit rainy since it is quite water resistant
