the boots were not as nice as they looked in the picture. Second, when I went to return them, I was told I was outside the window. Looked up the policy and it said you had to return within 30 days of ORDERING. But they took 20 days to get to me, then I was out of town. So I was maybe 3 days past the deadline. I called and got to return them but come on! Should be 30 days from delivery if you're going to take so long to get them out to me

are really tight and uncomfortable around the toes - I can't even wear them for 30 mins without them hurting my feet. And, the soles do not offer any cushioning. I would not recommend getting these booties. Returning them has also been a big problem as they have a short return policy and a restocking fee
