were very excited about ordering our new mattress, foundation and frame. Our frame arrived completely damaged. There was not a piece that was not damaged. We went back through customer service and they ordered another frame. We explained that the frame was packaged loosely in a box, not wrapped or secured. The rep apologized and said they outsourced the frame to another company and had no control over how it was packaged. We were left with a damaged frame that we now have to figure out how to dispose of. Our second frame was ordered, and was lost or, “recalled back to the warehouse”. Back on the phone for another long wait time to figure out what happened to the replacement. The second one came with broken plastic pieces on the end of the top and bottom frame. I wish I could post pictures. It shouldn’t be this hard. Really regretting our experience with Leesa thus far

I was told (because bed frame I was looking at was on severe back order) this would be a fine stopgap to keep my newly bought mattress off floor in interim. Salesperson on phone did not tell me this REQUIRES FOUNDATION in addition to bed frame. I got bruises on my back because mattress sank into the metal. Called to tell them the issue and was informed only solution would be to spend $264 more for foundation I would not need when my bed frame came in. No apologies or attempt to accommodate very real issue the company had caused due to misinformation by customer service. Returned both bed and bed frame. I will say that at least the return part was conducted professionally and easily and fairly quickly. That said, I am still on air bef instead of on Leesa mattress due to complete lack of customer service care and unwillingness to mediate response to their own error

I got this bed for my guest room. The frame was easy to set up and I did it by myself. The actual mattress is pretty heavy but two of us were able to unpack and get it on the frame. I purchased a headboard from Amazon and it attached easily. It looks great and my first guests slept well
