Literally, after only one night of sleeping on our new mattress we awoke pain and numbness free! The mattress is both deliciously cloudlike soft and supportive in all the right places. is a pretty great mattress. It's very soft yet supportive. The main negative, which brings it down so much, is that this "chill" mattress holds on to heat like nothing I've ever experienced. I have to constantly move around, because if I'm in one spot too long, my body heat will make that a very, VERY warm spot. It's quite unbearable. However, if you aren't as sensitive to heat as I am, then I'm sure you'll be fine. I definitely feel the extra $ given for the cooling effect was 100% wasted
