XL for Blemishes is amazing! It's large enough to cover an entire area of cluster pimples. I break out at least once a month on my forehead and chin so these worked wonders on them! The micropoints get to the root of the problem and dissolve it away very quickly. The niacinamide helps hydrate and soothe your skin so it leaves your skin better than it finds it! These are a lifesaver and are super easy to apply! Press lightly on your cluster, wherever it is, for about 20 secohds, and watch it disappear! Amazing!

I have had this tough spot along my jaw line that has been breaking out for months now. They’re always deep, painful pimples that I just can’t seem to get rid of. After using this on them just 2 nights in a row, they had really started to break down all the deep stuff. After about 4-5 uses, they just became surface level blemishes. I will say, they do dry out the blemish so make sure to also be using moisturizer after taking the patch off! I loved how much surface coverage I got with the XL patches!

I liked this patch. It wasn't large enough to cover the full area since I had a couple of recurring breakouts on both sides of my chin. But 2 patches worked just as well. I could feel a slight tingle when I lightly pressed on the patch as directed, but it wasn't bad. The breakouts were significantly smaller when I took the patches off in the morning and were gone by the next night (I only applied the patches once - one on each area). I will definitely repurchase if I experience any recurring breakouts :)

I wanted to love these but I couldn’t :(
I love the smaller Micropoint patches so I thought I would love the XL version! Unfortunately the bigger patches form more air bubbles so you constantly have to keep pushing the patch down :( it just doesn’t stick well in places like your chin. I’m just going to stick to the smaller patches

XL Micropoint blemish patches that I received from the Hero Skin Squad community mission is a truly fantastic product! I get a lot of irritation around my chin and cheeks and these patches are so effective at clearing those acne and blemish spots quickly. They are very easy to use and almost invisible when you put them on while also providing coverage to your blemishes. My skin type is dry and a lot of products just give me further irritation, however, these do not. My skin looks and feels so much better after using these patches
