PLEASE BRING BACK ORIGINAL FORMULA
the original formula was 5 stars and lasted so long, unfortunately when i lost it and had to buy another tube, i was immediately disappointed by the new formula. it is barely functional and i miss the peptides and panthenol please bring it back
BRING BACK OLD FORMULA
new formula absolutely sucks breaks you out and is not as good as the old formula. the old formula healed the skin faster and also provide provided coverage. The new formula does nothing of sort. hero cosmetics listen to your customers and bring back the OLD formula
The only moisture I’ve ever been able to use long term
is THE BEST moisturizer I’ve ever used . And I’ve tried everything . I have had cystic acne for years and after clearing my skin with retinol, I struggled with really dry skin around my mouth, nose and eyes . But this stuff has saved my life . PLEASE !! Make a large size . I am buying out my local drug store every few months lol
great for healing skin
not necessarily for good for active acne, but it's great for healing skin post breakout or broken skin
Product Change Disappointed
I loved this product before they changed the formula it was thick and i felt like it really worked FAST! now it feels a lot more watery and almost greasy which gives me anxiety putting on top of already healing blemishes even though it says it’s safe. It doesn’t seem to be as effective as before which is really disappointing since before it was working
Rescue
I really like the Rescue Balm since I always have at least one breakout at any time that I have tried squeezing or even picking at repeatedly leaving the area red and possibly scarred. It has a great creamy consistency so it stays exactly where you need it. I noticed multiple times just a few days after using that the swollen red area was definitely lighter in color

the green cream has never been restocked, I canceled my subscription to the purple cream. I was so excited to find this brand, with a product that I considered my favorite. I wanted to stay a loyal customer but there's no reason to now. Until the green cream and serum stick come back, I have no reason to buy anything from you
New Formula is useless
formula was a thick cream, rubbed in nicely, stayed put and worked FAST. New formula feels gross. Like a gel cream moisturizer. It doesn't rub in well and if you leave a glob it slides off your skin. OH, and it doesn't actively reduce redness like the old formula did. Honestly extremely disappointed with the change

I am disappointed with the new formula. It is definitely not comparable to the old formula. Results were immediate with the old formula. Now I see no difference when applying the cream

I’ve been a loyal rescue balm user for many years. It works great at healing my post pop acne as I am an avid picker. I don’t know what I would do without this product in my routine

My holy grail product
product is truly amazing. I have found myself reaching for it again and again. It does a great job of drying out pimples after I put patches on them. I recommend this product to anyone who struggles with acne/breakouts
Caused more acne
I tried this years ago and stopped I forgot why. I tried it again and it caused me to break out very badly. Then I remembered why I stopped
hydrating
so I haven't used it on post care for pimples but I got sick and had a runny nose. I went through 3 boxes of tissues and my noses was a bit chapped and dry afterwards. I usually just put a thicker moisturizer and just wait. I remembered I had this and was like let me see if this will work. I put it on at night and the next morning my nose was almost 100% healed and by the next morning my the skin only nose was back to normal!
