fines when I can get it applied but I’m applying it to my back and shoulders which is pretty much next to impossible to do without these sticking to themselves and becoming useless. Not good quality for the price
Really works
husband used to suffer from some pretty severe back acne. Ever sense helping him exfoliate his back and neck in the shower followed by toning and applying these body patches it was obvious the very first time removing the patches over night that absorbed all the “ick” to the point of the zit almost completely hollowed out. We started a routine out of this and in no time the patches of inflamed white heads were removed of the puss inside allowing the medicine to enter the open wound drying it completely out. These patches are the reason that we were able to relieve him of his back ance. We also use them on his chest, not only do these patches drain the pimples they also help with inflammation and dark spots or scaring. Plus we all know how well hero patches help from picking causing all the damage we try to avoid. We love the body patches!
WORKS WONDERS
type of acne I have is cystic and I could never find any pimple patches that actually managed to take the gunk out of my face or even cover the acne I have, I saw these and thought why not try it out and it WORKED SO WELL I woke up and was amazed at how much puss was pulled out and I have never seen any other pimple patch do that for me. They r very large but I just cut them to size

Does the Job
I received this product for free, but all thoughts are my own. I often struggle with bacne during summer when I play tennis and this is really helpful for that time of year! If you struggle with big acne patches on your body, I’d consider buying

Painless and effective body acne patch
I was provided with the Mighty Patch Body XXL Acne Patch thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel. At times I get small breakouts on my chest. The more my skin rubs with the fabric of my clothing the worse it becomes. This skincare product gave me a chance to get ahead and prevent my acne breakout from becoming worse. The XXL Body Acne Patch is a decent size. I think that if it were any bigger it would be hard to apply. The patch itself is easy to open and peel, but I had a little difficulty applying the patch to myself so that it was smooth against my skin. I applied it over my target area and although it was wrinkly it was still comfortable. One huge plus for me is that it doesn’t have a harsh chemical smell. If it did I don’t think I could wear it. Once applied, I went to bed. The following morning the patch was still stuck right where it was supposed to be. It was easy and painless to peel off, however it did leave a little redness. Once the redness was gone I could tell that my acne had improved. The patch didn’t look disgusting, which I was super thankful for. The following day my breakout was pretty much gone. Overall, I was pleased with my experience and can see keeping these on hand for when I have breakouts on my chest and also my back. If you haven’t used them yet, they are definitely worth a try
Nice idea
I absolutely love using acne dots on my face, and I find them to be very helpful. Especially when it comes to picking pimples. I was excited to try the body patch. Unfortunately, it didn't do anything for me or my daughter. She's a teenager, so her acne is a little more pronounced than mine is. The patches are a good size, covers a decent area. They aren't too sticky that they hurt removing, but sticky just enough to keep them in place while running, jumping, sleeping, etc. They do help to keep fingers off, but they didn't help our blemishes to heal any faster, unfortunately. I'm glad we received these for free from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I would not purchase these again
Mighty acne patch
I have always loved the small acne patches for my face but the XXL acne patch that I tried through the Stellar Panel testing panel is now a new favorite for me! I was nervous about it being uncomfortable to sleep in been when I woke up I had forgotten it was even on! I also could believe how much gunk was on the patch. What looked like the start of small blemishes the night before were gone by the morning! It was easy to apply, even to challenging areas, and it had no problem with it staying it place. This acne patch is mighty and is definitely one of my new favorite must haves!

Mighty patch indeed
I received the Mighty Patch Body patch through the Stellar Product testing panel. I am not going to tell you where exactly I used the patch but I can tell you that it worked like magic! I put the patch on before going to bed and I was pleasantly surprised when I woke up and it was still in the same spot, doing its job. I was half expecting the edges to start rolling since I move around a lot when I sleep but it stayed in place! I probably should have kept the patch on for a little longer than I did for better results but I can gladly say that it was definitely starting to work! Would recommend for anyone that has pesky blemishes, especially if they cover a large area. The patches stay in place and do what they are supposed to!

Convenient and Effective Patches
I found this XXL acne patch to be quite effective. It’s nice to have one patch for a problem area rather than having to use many overlapping small patches. While comfortable, I sometimes had issues with it staying fully on the skin but that may have been due to where it was (by the shoulder blade). It did not irritate my skin and kept me from scratching the breakout area which is incredibly helpful. I was surprised how much it pulled from my skin and how much better my breakout was after removing the patch. I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Teating Panel but will be purchasing in the future to always have on hand
Great acne coverage
I am very pleased with the XXL Mighty Patch Body. It covers a good sized area and I love it! It sticks very well and did not come loose at all for me. It did a great job at extracting any gunk from my pimples. I used them at night and throughout the day and both times it worked well. I definitely think this is a convenient option for back acne and other body acne. I definitely recommend it!
