Bring back the Lighting Wand!
I’m so heartbroken that the OG was discontinued. It worked perfectly with my skin. This new formula is so generic and it costs like what $20 now too? Not to mention that it really doesn’t feel like it’s working. Thumbs down I’m very disappointed

Not working. Problems with application.
3 weeks, I see no difference at all. I don't like that it can't be used under makeup as it stays sticky, and makeup sticks to the spots where used, looking terrible. I had to wash the product off my face and reapply my makeup. I've read that the wands worked better, but they're no longer available

Ingredients
I would like to see a full list of ingredients because my daughter used and she broke out in hives and a rash on her face. She is allergic to something in your product and it isn't the vitamin c or the hyaluronic acid

Miss the lightning wand
why discontinue a product that works and replace it with one that doesn’t? I can only imagine this is cheaper to make, but it doesn’t work like the old one
Missing the old version
old version worked so well it was almost scary. I’ve never used a brightening serum that worked as fast as that one did. I saw visible results within days and many of my scars were gone within a week. I rushed to buy more when the old version ran out but had trouble finding it. I later mistook this new version for the old one and I’m not seeing the same results. I’d return it if hadn’t been so long since I bought it
Very disappointing product
product is very ineffective and actually breaks me out more. I would not purchase again. Very disappointed in Hero for discounting the lightning wand which worked like magic fading spots overnight! Overall this is a flop for me

I’ve struggled with dark spots on my chest and back for several years, and nothing seemed to help. I was recommended the Lightning Wand and fell in love. I steadily used it for a year and my skin had never been so clear. I can’t express how much I loved that product. Last year I went to rebuy the wand only to see it was discontinued. I’ve been scarring really bad again since spring last year, and I tried the new Dark Spot Correct but it is not the same at all. I am back to square one. The Lightning Wand was the only product I bought from Hero Cosmetics, and it’s safe to say I will not be buying from here again
