for at least a month and feel ok but don’t know if I really feel/see a difference. I’m not real intuitive to changes in my body so I blame that. I will continue to take two capsules 3 times a day, 2 hours from any other supplements (I don’t take any medication) until I have used the 6 bottles. And hopefully, by then I will have noticed the changes/improvements from taking it. My biggest challenge is keeping track of the 2 hours between taking anything else. 🤭
