I used to buy many Toms shoes. Loved the brand. BUT these seasonal alparatas don’t work on a high instep/arch. The small amount of stretch insert at top does not stretch . Seems to run small. Biggest problem now is the amount of time to receive a refund even though i sent shoes back the next day . Shoes arrived at their warehouse . 10 days later , still no refund
