I’m so disappointed with this purchase. The shoes are cute but they do not fit my feet. The back straps slip off after about two or three steps. When I inquired about a return I found out that there is going to be a $15 restocking fee that I would be charged plus I would have to pay for shipping. I buy all of my shoes online, especially from Camper, and the customer service is excellent. I can return the shoes without any problem because the company sends a return slip. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I am never buying Tom again. It’s disappointing cause they’re cute shoes
