two stars because these are too big. I’m a narrow size 9. I usually never have an issue with shoe sizes. Not this pair. This shoe is great. Looks great. Nothing wrong with the quality. They seem like they’d be incredibly comfortable. The only problem is they’re too big. My heel lifts out of them completely when I walk. I don’t want to bother with returning them because I feel a 8. 5 might be too tight (long toes). I’ll use these with socks or look into something else to get them too fit. First time ordering a pair of Toms. Will probably be the last time if the sizing is this off
