addition of the heel cusion ruined an otherwise excellent slip-on. The heel just doesn't come up high enough to accommodate a cushion, so rather than cupping the heel and preventing it from sliding up the back of the shoe, it rubs horribly and would absolutely have caused me blisters. The original Baja doesn't have that cushion and while it occasionally squeaks comically while I walk, it's an incredibly comfortable slip-on. Bit of a shame, was really looking forward to a fresh pair

customer experience has been rocky. I ordered a size 11, but they were too large. I did an exchange. I’m still waiting on the new shoes in a size 10 1/2 so it’s not why I’m being asked to review these. When I did the exchange, the email was missing information about how to do that. Apparently you need to sign into your account or create an account to use the redemption code for the exchange. Instead, I was charged for the second pair. Customer service did take care of that which was nice however, while waiting for the second pair of shoes I am being bombarded with marketing emails for women’s shoes. This is notable because I’m purchased men’s shoes so it seems like that’s what I should be receiving when I go to unsubscribe from the email marketing I go to a blank page. I have replied to one of the marketing emails to see if I can get it resolved, but apparently no one is monitoring that inbox. Overall, this customer experience has been very shaky
