the canvas that was made but I like the original thinner insole with the leather or leather-like topper better. Istill give them a five. Size ten (the states) used to feel slightly snug until the canvas breakss in, leaving them feeling like a canvas sock outside a pair of socks, which I liked. . . while the updated version feels just ever so slightly roomy without any need to stretch. Still give them a five. Seeing as how everyone's feet are different size anyway there's really nothing wrong either way

I did this in store credit because I literally just want the shoes in female version so they fit . But I have not got an email or anything with my store credit or how to use it. These classic ones are my favorites. I tried the ''cloudbound'' alpargatas last summer - they had a slightly thicker sole and a foam insole - I found them to be uncomfortably hot - they didn't breathe as well - and they never molded to my foot like these do. So I will keep buying these classic ones as long as they make them. (I wear 8. 5 with most shoes but I wear 9s with TOMS)
