these slippers, super cosy, comfy and great sole on them. Would prefer if the label wasn't stitched on the sole as you can feel it if you don't wear socks. So a 9. 5/10 for the product. The order process on the other hand, 5/10. I'm in the UK and didn't realise they were coming from Europe. The worst thing though is the EXCESSIVE e-mails. From placing an order to receiving the slippers, I got 14 e-mails from TOMS, that doesn't include the review e-mail and also the e-mails from the courier. Just give me a tracking link and if I'm interested to know it's progress I can check. This has put me off ordering from Toms again to be honest. I was looking at the shoe section but I don't want the hassle of millions of e-mails so I won't bother

I loved my old Toms multicoloured slippers with tassels so much I kept them going for years until they finally disintegrated: I hope they will be reissued one day but meanwhile I bought this pair in the sale and so far so good. EXTREMELY comfortable and very cosy … I’m usually a 5. 5 but ordered a 6 - easy to slip on and off. They’ve got a good firm sole so I can step outside in them if necessary. Very happy with this purchase
