shoe itself is great and comfortable - I ordered an 8. 5 at first which is my normal shoe size. That was big in this style for me so I had to request to return it. I did order a 7. 5 instead which is a little snug but overall fits well. It seemed very odd that I could not "exchange" it for another size. In order to not pay a stocking fee I had to do a return and wait for my refund which took a while and then when I got that credit and could purchase the different size the shoe was not on sale anymore so I had to pay more for it and also did not qualify for free shipping that time around since the sales and offers had changed. I had to reach out to customer service because the refund code I was given initially did not work and they had to send me a different one. Just an overall odd experience. I am not sure I would order again direct with Toms
