I can’t return so I’ll be wearing these and won’t be comfortable in them. They just aren’t made with soft or flexible materials so they don’t feel great. I can wear them for short distances but won’t be able to wear them if I will be walking in and out of stores a lot. I have found that the bigger the size you order the wider the heel and mid foot area becomes. I have regular width feet even though they are longer than most The length overall is fine and the width in the toe area is great for an 11 but the heel and mid foot areas are too wide. Not all 11s need wide widths

I had a pair similar to this I was wearing out that i loved and ordered these at a replacement . These are very narrow and tight. I had also tried to order another pair in another color in my size and those were sized incorrectly. They were also narrow but also longer. I ordered my normal size for TOMS. I won’t be ordering online again because of size inconsistency. Also only 30 day return policy from order date doesn’t leave alot of wiggle room to return something if it takes 2 weeks to get to you…cute boots but disappointing

I ordered these boots on sale. The site allowed me to place the size 7 in my cart. When I hit order the site defaulted to a size 5 (which was in stock). I immediately tried to cancel the order I could not because the boots were on sale. I have tried to no avail to return without the product even being shipped. I feel scammed and disappointed I have multiple items from TOMS I will never buy this product again and will encourage the people in my life to do the same. Buyer beware this is how they clear our their stock
