is my second shortyLOVE bag, and I love it. I love the color (I purchased charcoal with blue handles) and the material. The one thing I don't like about this bag is that it tapers towards the bottom. If I put items in the outside holders, such as my travel umbrella and my laptop charger, I can no longer fit my laptop in the bag well (to be fair, my work laptop is huge!). It also slightly bulges on the bottom due to this tapering. I wish this bag was slightly larger, not tapered, or that a slightly larger option was offered in the same style (Tillie - wider, not taller like the Ranger). Other than the size, I love the pockets and the laptop holder (which fits my personal MacBook Air perfectly). I've received many compliments on this bag, and I love that I can wear it when I dress down or dress up

bag exceeds expectations! On the outside it has two pockets to hold a water bottle and another drink. A zippered outside pocket on both sides of the bag. On the inside more organization. Place for the phone, key strap for keys, then an additional zippered pocket and the best part is a padded pocket to hold an iPad, computer or kindle. So roomy but not heavy or cumbersome when loaded up. My favorite daily bag

I've been eyeing this bag for about 3 years and finally bought it for myself. The size is perfect. The colors are so fun, and the organization is on point. I deducted one star because I was surprised that a bag at this price point had any velcro on it. I hate velcro and the laptop sleeve is fastened with it. I plan on trying to find a seamstress who can replace it with a magnetic feature. Other than that I absolutely love it

They're high quality, light, stylish and functional - love the pink interior! My one tiny qualm is that I wish the straps were an inch or so longer, it would be more comfortable for longer shoulder wearing time, but alas not a deal breaker. I purchased this bag in pink when it was available. Its such a great tote. It can fit a ton and still does not weigh you down when carrying it. I carried this bag when visiting NYC for the day. I did the circle line, walked a ton, shopped and still it felt good carrying it. The material is amazing, smooth zippers and plenty of pockets inside and out. Love the key strap inside and inside side zipper. I did not bring my iPad or computer to use in the inside sleeve but used that area for my agenda book and papers. It was great to separate those items from other things to keep it tidy. Its a must bag, a true perfect size for "on the go days" when maybe you need to put more items in your bag that do not fit in your other smaller bags. Don't forget beach days, gym bag, travel or even a diaper bag gift for a mom to be. A++++++
