Here’s my beef with Pura - the time it takes to fulfill an order is beyond poor. My most recent order was processed 13 days ago and it still shows as unfulfilled. I’ve contacted customer service and was promised they would put it in line for shipment asap. That was Saturday evening and it’s now Wednesday afternoon. Still no update. Still no product and they’ve been paid $137. 50. As for the scent; it’s great. It would just be nice to have my refill before the last one ran out. I have 4 Pura’s in my home and no refills to change out
