I subscribed to the yearly subscription which includes the diffuser and one scent. I ended up not liking it so after emailing Pura, they told me to send the diffuser back and then cancel the subscription. They didn’t send me a shipping label so I paid $15 to ship it back. Then after I sent it, I canceled the subscription. This was before the deadline. I was immediately charged $81 dollars. I emailed Pura letting them know I sent the diffuser back and when they had it, could they refund me. I was told that they needed to know the diffuser was sent back but no one would actually go look for it. I don’t understand why none of the staff can go look for the shipment to verify I had sent it back. I doubt they get many diffusers back in a day so it shouldn’t be that hard. It’s been over a month since I sent it back and have not heard from anyone

I'm not writing about the scent; I STILL haven't received its after a month! I paid for the car pro diffuser and signed up for the subscription service. After a lost shipment, a replacement order that didn't ship, the label on my 3rd order has been created; after 5 days it's still hasn't shipped. I am beyond frustrated!
