I ordered this fragrance on July 21, 2025 with a "receive by" date of July 23, 2025. It is now August 1, 2025, and Pura still hasn't shipped it out (according to the shipper, uniuni - they say they still haven't received the order from Pura). It's supposed to ship from Georgia and I live in Tennessee. At this point, I could have walked to Georgia, picked up my order, and walked back, yet Pura can't even get it to the shipper. If this is the way Pura does business, I won't ever order again. Btw, I never, ever leave reviews - so leaving one now speaks to exactly how frustrated I am. Terrible customer service, no one claims responsibility. I understand this is supposed to be a review about the fragrance, but I think it's just as important to review the company and its shipping issues/customer service as well. Unfortunately, this is the only place I can do it and be sure Pura will see it

unit was a failing and will not accept new fragrances. I performed troubleshooting and a full reset and the unit will only accept one fragrance. The second slot defaults back to the old fragrance. I have emailed support but they do not respond. I am ready to get rid of this since it is not working right and the support help is missing in action. Do not recommend
