Wow! Its orange alright! Definitely do a test strand before applying to your whole head and the 3 to 1 ratio is key! My daughter missed that part when doing her test strand and put it straight on her hair. It sticks around longer that way too if anyone wondered!! The color is very vibrant and she's very happy with it and her hair is very soft :)

color depositing masks are so easy and unstressful to experiment with if you're new to this. On my hair they significantly reduce in color after three washes which I like. That way I can play with other colors and mixing different colors. It's easy to tone down any shade by mixing in the "clear" mask. My hair is 50 % gray and these masks keep it looking better with that added depth of color with no long term commitment

not recommend this color. I dyed my hair a beautiful copper a few months ago and got this to freshen up the color and now have bright orangey red hair. My highlights absorbed the mask more than the rest of my hair so it looks like I have flaming red highlights over weird orangey hair. Not a fan of this product
