I purchased the Sapira Chill Hybrid Medium / King in Oct 2024 so it’s been 1 year this month. All I can say is that it’s been great 😊. My old mattress had no support and I was waking up almost everyday with my arm & hand numb. After a lot of research and YouTube videos, I finally made the move and bought this mattress. No more numbness and always a restful “cloud like” sleep. I’m very happy with this mattress and highly recommend it

I selected the Sappira (regular). While it was an improvement over my previous one, I still wasn't sleeping soundly throughout the night. When I reached out to customer service, I was incredibly grateful to speak with a real person instead of just an AI or a bot. I had assumed that I needed to upgrade to the most expensive model for the restful sleep I desired. However, after explaining my situation to the customer service representative, she recommended that I try the Sappira Chill Hybrid and went through my options for exchanging the original mattress. Hats off to Leesa’s Customer Service team as they were superb. They were swift and efficient at arranging the swap - shipping out the new model, and arranging for the other mattress to be picked up. My only complaint is the are using an existing adjustable base and the mattress is very tall. I am 5' and require a step stool to get into bed. Otherwise we are very happy with our Leesa mattress

I also sleep hot (always going for the cooling sheets and even a ChiliPad for extra AC) and the combo of those two things with this mattress is a winner.
