took about 1-2 weeks to get comfortable with the new mattress, as I was used to my old one and I hate change. Once I did get comfortable, I've been having much better sleep, and no more back pain. The coils help to keep you supported, unlike my previous fully memory foam mattress, so hopefully there'll be less sag over time as well. The pillow I got with it is now my new favorite pillow. It's filled just to the right amount, where I can sleep either on my side (preferable), or on my back without issue. But anyway. . . Everything has its drawbacks; the one thing I dislike about the mattress is that it isn't comfortable to sit on the edge, as the side support is negligible there. My sleep has been good enough where this doesn't even really matter to me, but it might matter to someone else

We’ve had our Leesa Plus Hybrid for a little while now and overall, I’m really enjoying it! I’m a back sleeper and find it super comfortable and supportive—I’ve definitely been sleeping better. That said, I did expect it to be a bit firmer based on the description; it’s definitely more on the softer side. My partner is a stomach sleeper and says it’s “okay” for him, so it might not be the best match for every sleep position. Still, the quality is great and setup was super easy. Happy with the purchase overall!

I am more than impressed with my new Leesa Plus Hybrid queen mattress! I bought it for my guest room and also put a Leesa mattress topper on top, and it’s like sleeping on a dream! My recent guests raved about it, commenting they want to get one for their house too; just the right amount of firmness, and supremely soft and dreamy. I love the way it’s made consciously from the finest materials, non toxic and healthy. I would give it 100 stars if they let me!

I am so upset about my experience with Leesa. I ordered the Plus Hybrid mattress thinking that it would give me some extra support that would last longer. Nope, this is the most unsupportive plush mattress I've ever felt. When I even just sit on it, it totally swallows me up. There is zero push back or support. Also it was not made with the same support all across the mattress, which is really weird. The foot of the bed has the most amount of support from the springs on the whole mattress. Which means that if they intended it that way, this is not a mattress that could ever be rotated. I think it must be a defect? Even after sleeping with the foot of the bed at the top, it is still relatively plush. They rated this mattress medium firm, it most definitely IS NOT. My back is absolutely KILLING me from showing on this thing. Obviously I want to return it, so I called their customer service and got the most uncaring rep ever. Both times I've dealt with Leesa customer service, it's like talking to an unfeeling robot. Plus, they rely on FedEx to do their deliveries and when the mattress and bed were delivered they just dumped the box right by the street blocking the garage. I swear this mattress must've weighed 300 pounds, it is crazy heavy. They blocked my elderly father from getting in the garage and there was no way he could move the mattress box himself. It was a nightmare getting it into the house. They have another mattress that they rate firmer that I considered exchanging it for, the Sapira, but after experiencing this mattress I don't have any faith in the accuracy of their firmness rating or in the product itself. Saying this whole thing has been a hassle and inconvenience is an understatement
