I absolutely love this “wavy tray “ aka soap dish. And when the exfoliating bar first came out I sent an email to the G team saying you need a soap dish. Then they came out with the milk jelly cleansing bar and again I sent another email to the G team saying you need a soap dish. I’m not saying I came up w the idea but I very well could have helped them to think of the wavy tray ( not a fan of the name ). And I think the only thing you could really use it for is soap. I wouldn’t put a candle on it or anything else. Since it’s not flat. And I really love it and think it’s so beautiful however I had to give a 4 out of 5 due to the very high price tag on something that probably costs less than a dollar to make. I kinda feel like glossier has taken a step back from being a company that just wants to be about their customers to now only caring about money. Prices have soared. To get free shipping the price used to be $30cad then 40cad and now it’s $65 cad. Plus I always tick off the pink pouch and I rarely receive it which really upsets me. In the beginning they used to give out free sticker packs with every order plus 2-3 free samples and they don’t even do free samples anymore ??? I mean spending $60 for a towel or $50 for a pair of boxers is very expensive and overpriced. Same with all the skin care products which I have to use because my skin is accustomed to them and they help my skin so much. But the price surge has been so high ?? And I truly feel like it’s now just another conglomerate company that only cares about money and not their customers. I’ve been w them since late 2014 when they first started. I still have old packaging and I save everything. The stickers are nice but it’s not like you can decorate your glossier products with 1 giant sticker. It felt so nostalgic and fun to receive a sticker pack that I could then decorate my products and pink pouches. People love that kind of thing. The other thing that kinda bothers me is that they say it’s “ limited edition “ meaning only until it sells out but then they keep bringing them back ? Why bother saying limited edition if it’s not ? I mean they bring 95% of limited edition items back and I don’t think it’s fair. This is only my opinion. I absolutely love glossier , I love their customer service/support but there are a few things that need work. I hope they go back to making it more about the customer and fun. Thanks 😊
