A lot of people say that you can't fit all of your stuff in it (I purchased the bigger size) which personally, i've never had a problem with that because the inside is detachable and makes a lot more room! I purchased a amke-up bag for my daughter's birthday; unfortunately, her father also bought it and gifted it to her before me. I reached to the company and asked if I could return the product (still in the box, never opened), but was told they don't do refunds. I would completely understand if too much time had passed or if it was make-up, but this was simply "we don't offer refunds". I did not see any indication of this on their website. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing from here again. Lesson learned

it’s sooo cute but it barely fits any products, not ergonomic and doesn’t expand because the pouch is so stiff. you have to place everything in perfectly to close it so it’s quite inconvenient and frustrating. you also cant stretch the opening much so if you want to grab something you basically have to take everything out. it’s more suitable to file paperwork or notebooks
