Need a restock!
year I turn 50, and in all my life, I have never found a deodorant that works as well. After a short 1 week adjustment period, my pits have stayed odor free for years. And I feel like I am taking care of myself by using something good for me. Sandstone is my favorite. . . but alas, I am waiting for a restock
Shocked at the bad reviews
I want to say, you have to understand that when switching from an antiperspirant deodorant to a natural one, you will always experience a couple of weeks where it's not the most effective because your underarm microbiome temporarily overproduces sweat and odor-causing bacteria as it adjusts to the lack of synthetic antibacterial agents and pore-blockers. -not being woo-woo, it’s a fact. You have to be willing to give it time. Also, not everyone's body reacts the same to the same deodorants, causing them to work for some and not for others. Done with my spiel and on to my review: I am surprised at the amount of negative reviews, but maybe that's partly due to the facts above. I've been using natural deodorant for a while, and have been on the hunt for one that will actually work for me. After my obsession with Glossier's "You" perfume, and saw they had a vegan deodorant with the same fragrance, it peaked my interest. I didn't have to battle the initial antiperspirant detox because I had been using natural deodorant for a long time, so it immediately worked for me, lasted all day, glides on smooth, not dry or chalky, lasts me a long time, and most important to me-vegan! Why I gave 4/5 is first because of the way they market it being a "refillable" product, as if it's less waste/eco-friendly. It's still a large plastic container that goes inside the external plastic container. It makes no sense. -I really hope they find a better/real solution if they truly care, and it's not just a marketing scheme. Also, quite a bit of product is left over that you are not able to take the product pushing mechanism off to get what's remaining
The only natural deodorant that works for me
I didn't want to like this deodorant as much as I did because I have to pay to ship it internationally, but I can truly say it's the only aluminum free deodorant I've tried that doesn't irritate my skin AND actually works. Trust me, I've tried them all, and far and away only glossier keeps me dry and smelling fresh. It lasts all day, and on top of that I think the sandstone scent is the best smelling deodorant I've ever used!! Truly a hidden gem among the glossier collection, I can't say enough good things. I don't know what I would do if you stop making this
smell
the smell quickly went away after i used it 3 times, and i must admit i have clean skin and it was already dirty, this collects dust like some kind of magnet! i was extremely excited but then as i used it it quite literally MELTED off of me from sweating
Long-lasting Rash
I bought this deodorant a year ago and shortly after using it, I got a very bad rash under my armpits that took months to heal. I thought it was a coincidence, so I recently tried it again. One day after use, both my armpits turned red and itchy. I kind of want to find out which ingredient in this deodorant gave me such horrible and long-lasting reactions. I never had this response to any deodorant before, natural or not. I hope I could find out

My go-to deo
I have extremely sensitive skin and have tried different deos over the years; some stained my shirts, most were unscented. This is the first deo I've tried that didn't irritate my skin and yet has the best smell (I use Sandstone). My second go-to was Dove's sensitive skin deo but it's not always easy to find and the fact that Glossier offers refillable sticks won me over
dream deo
I wanted something that had a unique scent and kept me from smelling rank on days where I sweat through my shirt. My search ended here. This stuff is beautiful
Go-To Deodorant
I’ve been using this deodorant for a few years now and it’s been by far my favorite natural deodorant. Only con I have is that my recent 2 refills have been significantly softer in the formula for some reason - the first refill I had to throw away because it completely lost its form/structure whenever I applied it (even when I barely apply pressure) and transfer too much onto my skin which made it totally unusable. The second refill seemed to be fine until after a few applications its now starting to lose its firmness too. This was never an issue in my first 3 purchases when it was first released! Curious if anyone else has this issue…
Best odor protection ever!!
deo lasts me two days but I like to reapply just to get that “you” fragrance freshened up. Im 44 and have tried every natural deodorant on the market! This is hands down the best EVER!! Also, I sweat A LOT! I live in the south!!
I bought this.
I love the smell of Glossier You. I was out of deodorant. I bought this, while online to buy foundation. I have learned, and I want to let you know what I know. I forgot that there is a difference between deodorant and antiperspirant. This is only a deodorant. You will sweat. And then your sweat will smell like Glossier You and Shallots. The End. If you are 15, and don't sweat or stink very much, this is the underarm skincare for you. If you are a woman, and you sweat and stink, this deodorant is only gonna hold you for 30 minutes max. I would advise on some clinical strength something
BEST DEO EVER
I stress sweat a LOT. I’ve tried so many natural and non-natural deodorants and my gripe with most of them is that they leave a residue / scent behind even with vigorous washing in the shower. Not this one. Goes on smooth and mostly clear. Washes off perfectly. Smells amazing. J’adore!

This doesn’t work for me
so excited for this. I waited for months waaay past their recommended four weeks for this to “start working” as they said bc i switched from aluminium deoderant and it never worked. My pits were wet when i was active and they started to smell worse.. Too bad bc i love the glossier you scent. Wish they would of just made an aluminum deoderant it is fda approved for a reason
Rash
I bought this deodorant because it seems very natural and aluminum free. It smells great and didn’t need to reapply but now I have horrible rashes under both of my arms and am very uncomfortable. I have never experienced this from any other deodorant which is really upsetting because I love glossier and would love to have the refill/ aluminum free option. Do not recommend if you have sensitive skin. I hope it doesn’t scar

Smells great + working out approved
I’ve been curious about the Glossier products and decided to try their deodorant in the Glossier You scent- I’m not big on floral scents but this scent is so good! I haven’t noticed any BO, I was a little more sweaty during my run mid afternoon but that could have been due to the heat rather than the deodorant. I really like that it comes with a reusable container! I’d definitely recommend!
rash :(
I first started using this deodorant I loved it. It moisturized my armpits and smelled just like the you perfume that I love. After about a month of using it I broke out in a horrible itchy rash that still hasn’t gone away. I am so sad because I’ve never had a bad reaction to a product like this before and I don’t typically have sensitive skin. After reading the reviews I think the rash is from this deodorant. :((
Runs out so quick :(
I wanted to love this deo. The smells are wonderful, doesn't irritate my skin, long wear time. I'm willing to splurge a little (or a lot in this case) for a good deodorant. But it runs out SOOO fast! A stick only lasts me a month at best. I am very careful with it, but it melts into skin so quickly and maybe there just isn’t much product in the tube. I’ve purchased twice with same issue. Sadly won’t be repurchasing, just not worth the price
Smells great but ruins clothes
I know it's a deodorant, and I never smell any BO when I use it, but it absolutely absorbs into the fabric of your clothes so now all my favorite tees have big greasy stains in the pits. To get them out I have to scrub with stain remover. Not sure if it's worth it... I wish it glided on thinner, it just comes off so thick. (wondering if I should keep it in the fridge and try applying it cold?) Again, smells great (I have used both the neroli and the You) but I might have to go back to a regular antiperspirant to save my clothes
