I don’t know why this hasn’t become a viral sensation. I have used this moisturizer off and on for the past 6 years and I ALWAYS end up coming back. Nothing compares. It’s rich and luxurious but doesn’t feel heavy. If my skin is dull or even breaking out, I make sure to just focus on clean skin and this moisturizer and I am GLOWING once again. Seriously. I will sing its praises to everyone I meet. If this ever gets discontinued I don’t know what I’ll do

BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA! *LONG RANT*
I'm clearly NOT the only person that is super disappointed with the newer unscented formula, and NOT the only customer who used it religiously as part of my everyday skincare routine for years. I'm most upset about how they marketed it as the same product just now without the lavender scent, which was disappointing to learn as I LOVED the scent, but was willing to let that part go if it was the same product I'd already been using and loved for years. Turns out that was totally misleading, as they didn't just simply remove the AMAZING lavender scent, they noticeably changed the formula. After reading these reviews I've realized that I'm far from alone in my opinion about this, the new formula IS NOT an improvement. I pretty much haven't purchased anything else from glossier ever since they started changing the formulas of products that basically already had cult followings and had become known and loved by thousands of people. They have changed other formulas over the years as well, which didn't improve those products either, just made them noticeably different and I can't think of a single one that was better after the change. When they changed the balm dotcom formula, they got enough backlash and complaints from customers that they basically had to change it back to the original formula, which THANK GOD they did. Now I wish they would listen to us about this too and CHANGE IT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL FORMULA! Like please for the love of God bring back the original formula that people actually loved. It's been at least a couple years now and people are still in the reviews complaining about the new formula and are still asking to bring back the original. They did it for balm dotcom, so they can do it for priming moisturizer rich too. This is exactly why Glossier doesn't have the loyal following and fans that they used to, they have made it clear that they don't listen to their customers and they don't care about what we actually want and like. It's a shame too, because I ONLY used glossier for years for everything skincare and makeup, they are the brand that got me into skincare and makeup. I didn't wear makeup at all nor had I ever had a skincare routine until I found glossier. At the time they were exactly for people like me, women who don't like to wear much makeup and like a more natural look, who maybe don't even know how to apply traditional makeup. But even more than that, what attracted me to them most is the belief that skincare should come first, then makeup second. They were something new and different at that time and they were exactly what someone like me needed in order to feel comfortable and confident enough to start a real skincare routine for the first time and to wear makeup for the first time. Glossier was the first skincare company I had found like that, and the best part to me was all their products can be applied with just your hands and fingers. I would absolutely love to become a customer again and use exclusively glossier products again, but they have proven over and over that they will change iconic and loved products right under our noses. Without prior warning, as if they think we just won't notice or something lol. Well, we've noticed. Every time. Managed to raise enough hell twice that I do know of, because they did change milky jelly cleanser and balm dotcom back to the original formulas after huge customer backlash, but seems like after those two they have just ignored how we feel and what we want when it comes to anything else they have changed. I don't want to fall in love with a product that works beautifully on me that I use everyday, for it to suddenly just be different one day with no warning only finding out its different after you've already purchased it. Because that has happened too many times with this company and I simply don't trust glossier anymore. I know this seems dramatic and ridiculous and way too long, but I know I'm not the only person who feels this way
