I love this kit! It is a great way to introduce younger kids to skin care while also taking care of hormonal acne. I do also recommend this for older clients who have hormonal acne because this product works so well. Yes the packaging may look like it is only for teens, but it is really for anyone struggling with hormonal acne

Noticeable improvements!

I’m really happy with the results. My skin tends to be combination with frequent breakouts around my chin and jawline, especially around my cycle. This kit has definitely helped calm things down. The Breakout Clearing Foaming Wash is refreshing without being too harsh, and I love that it doesn’t leave my skin feeling stripped. The Blackhead Clearing Fizz Mask is probably the star of the kit — I noticed a visible difference in inflammation overnight with my active spots when I used it. The Skin Soothing Hydrating Lotion is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and doesn't clog my pores, which is a huge win. Overall the set is pretty great and my skin feels significantly softer after using it! The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the sizes are on the smaller side — more like travel or trial sizes. I understand it’s meant to be a starter kit, but for the price, I would’ve liked just a bit more product. That said, it’s a great way to test the line before committing to full-size bottles. If you're struggling with mild to moderate breakouts and want a solid routine without drying out your skin, this kit is definitely worth trying. I’ve been using the Dermalogica Clear Start kit for a few weeks now, and it’s been great for my combination skin with breakouts. I got it gifted by Dermalogica. The cleanser does a great job it leaves my skin feeling really clean but not tight or dry. The hydrating lotion is lightweight, absorbs quickly, doesn’t clog pores, and still gives enough moisture to keep my skin comfortable. The Fizzy mask is a fun bonus — the bubbles feel nice, and after using it, my skin feels smooth, pores look smaller, and my face looks calmer and fresher. Since I started using the set, I’ve noticed fewer breakouts and less irritation overall. It’s a really solid routine for acne prone or oily skin that still needs gentle care. I’m honestly happy with the results and would definitely recommend it

set was gifted by This is such a great kit if you look to try products for Dermalogica. My favorite had to be the Skin Soothing Hydration Lotion. I am such a sucker for any hydration lotions, this left my face feeling so nice for a long period of time. The face wash was really good too! It is even suitable for more than just the face which I love! I have only tried the blackhead mask once, it was ok. Not a mask I will use often but not something that steered me away

Cleansed and nourished

is a great kit, the products work well together to leave your skin feeling clean yet nourished. The cleanser smells nice and does a good job leaving your skin feel cleansed without stripping the skin. I will note I couldn't get it to foam no matter what I tried but it still lathered nicely. The mask I had to play around with to get it to fizz and I found that I needed a damp face and a generous amount. After use it leaves my skin feeling purged and clear- if only it would shrink those newly cleared pores. The moisturizer smells fresh, it's lightweight and absorbs quickly. It is barely noticable but leaves my combo skin feeling nourished. I wish the directions were more detailed on each product but thankfully the product themselves work well. I would absolutely recommend just note that you might not get the cleanser to foam and you have to use a generous amount on damp skin to get mask to fizz. Gentle yet effective

I used these products for a little more than a week to be sure there wouldn’t be any of the negative effects I was wary of. With a lot of acne targeting products, I have to be wary about it drying out my skin too much because I have combo skin that can respond to aggressive acne products poorly. I’m relieved to say that so far, none of these products have triggered my skin. Because they are a bit gentler, I think it might take more consistent use to see long term effects. I have been breaking out recently which was perfect time to test these products and while my breakout isn’t completely gone, it has been calming my skin down and even helping the breakouts resolve seemingly faster. My favorite product is the blackhead mask— the fizzing is not only fun/novel but I think the technology really helps with cleaning deeper into the pores. Best Trio Hands Down!

three products are amazing! I don’t typically do reviews, especially after only having used something a couple times. I am telling you now: RUN—do not walk—to purchase this kit!!! I have multiple issues with my skin: it is very sensitive, I break out very easily (because of an auto-inflammatory disease), I am starting to notice more lines and wrinkles (at 43), my skin is thinning some, my skin tends to run dry but I sweat easily, and any amount of stress shows on my skin. I am just getting over a major rash (red, bumps, sores) from a different product (repair barrier), so I was a little nervous and was not sure what to expect. After the first use, I could see and feel an immediate difference in my skin!!! I often have (small) blackheads on my nose and chin (especially under my bottom lip). I used these three—foaming wash, fizz mask, (ultra calming spray) then hydrating lotion and I was honestly SHOCKED by the immediate difference they made. I could feel the foaming when using the foaming wash, which was cool. It actually felt like it was cleansing deep. I used the fizz mask, but admittedly didn’t know how much to use so I probably used way more than I needed. I could feel the fizzing on the mask, working to dissolve the blackheads and oil buildup, but I could barely smell the sulfur. My face looked dry and had white residue after rinsing, which I am assuming was just some sulfur that stays on. I sprayed my ultra calming spray, just in case, then used the hydrating lotion and—OMG. It really is lightweight, but moisturizing. My skin LOVES Hyaluronic acid—it soaks it in and moisturizes without leaving it greasy. When I woke up the next morning, somehow, it looked even better. Almost all the little blackheads under my bottom lip on my chin are GONE, it cleared most of my nose (and I was able to easily and gently extract what wasn’t without damaging my skin). My skin looks soooo much better and calmer. Overall, I would give this trio 10 stars if I could
