I love what this product does for my skin and I ordered it for the second time a while back. However, I will not be ordering it again because I cannot for the life of me get the product out of the dispenser and I am really sick of trying. I know I’m not the only one who’s complained of this so I’m not sure why Dermalogica hasn’t made changes but I feel dumb for ordering it a second time. If they change the product packaging I would definitely order it again

I had to throw away fully half of my last order because it simply stopped dispensing and there's no other way to get to the product (short of using a table saw, I guess). problem with this product is getting the pump to work to deliver the product out of the canister. When it's new, it works ok, but as time goes by, it seems to lose its ability to pump anything. You just replaced my old one and I hope the pump works through the life of the product this time. Thank you for replacing what I hope was a defective product the first time. Stay tuned. Oh, and BTW, when it works, the melting moister masque is wonderful!

product but pump is impossible to get much product out without pumping for minutes. Becomes too much of a pain to use. Please change packaging!! Want to use it regularly but it’s not user friendly

pumping mechanism is not working. You can squeeze very hard for a small pin size amount to come out. This is a large bottle that is barely used and very expensive I might add and I'm having a hard time trying to use the product
