The leather is a high quality pebbled leather and it’s gorgeous! You cannot go wrong with this bag! I highly recommend it!

This particular bag doesn't connect in a lot of ways as part of a 'system.' I purchased the additional system flap bag but it doesn't snap in anywhere inside the bag. I purchased the cross-body strap but there is no place to strap it in. I was looking for a roomier bag and this certainly is that. The width of the bag is a few inches wider than my other bags and it takes some getting used to. If I could I would exchange the bag for a different Cuyana bag. I don't think that's any option after a week of use.
