I actually discovered Chomps in the first place thanks to a recommendation from my nutritionist - I wanted easy snacks, she wanted me to get more protein, we both wanted to avoid super processed crap with a bunch of weird additives - Chomps fit the bill, and I found the original beef flavor (and a couple others) at Target, so it quickly became a go-to snack. Then when we started talking about me doing the Auto-Immune Protocol diet for a while, and in researching that I heard Chomps had a couple AIP-compliant flavors, ended up on chomps. com and discovered not only were Italian Style and Sea Salt flavors fully compliant with this crazy strict elimination diet, but I could subscribe and have them automagically show up on my porch, and be guaranteed to always have a compliant, reliable snack handy! They're delicious and will absolutely remain a pantry staple for me even when I'm done AIP and can eat a wider range of snacks/packaged foods, but they've been a lifesaver in this season!
